How Do I Place An Order?

Orders may be placed by emailing geminigemak@gmail.com or contacting me through phone.

Some items in my shop are Made to Order. My current production time is about 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase and is subject to change depending on the volume of orders I receive. If you need your customized order sooner, please email me right away and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Prior to custom made orders, I will need to know your wrist size (measured around the part of your wrist closest to your hand), 2-3 colors for the color scheme you'd like on your bracelet, & the number of wraps you would like. I will add the rest of the colors and design elements.

Payment Options, Shipping & Costs

Payments can be completed through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment must be arranged prior to me making the bracelet.

PLEASE NOTE that there may be an extra fee for customization requests for wrist sizes of larger than 7 inches due to the extra cost in materials and extra time it takes for the added length.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please contact me for more information. At this time I can only ship to the United States, Mexico, & Canada. Shipping is free for shipments throughout the United States, and $5 for Mexico & Canada.

I am not responsible for lost of stolen packages, or for customs/tariff fees that may incur during shipment.

Returns & Refunds

If you place a custom order, please make sure to provide me with an accurate wrist size. I am not liable if you measure your wrist incorrectly.

Due to the nature of custom made orders, I cannot accept returns/exchanges. If you have any questions on how to size your wrist, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist you!

Caring for Jewelry

Care for your wrap bracelets as you would with any other valuable piece of jewelry. To keep bracelets in great condition, do not wear while swimming, bathing, or exercising. Avoid contact with water, oils, perfume, chemicals, and excessive perspiration, as these things may alter bead finishes or cause damage to the materials in your jewelry.

Except as expressly permitted, you agree not to use the Site for sale, trade or other commercial purposes, and, you may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in any way exploit the Content on the Site.

You agree not to use the Site to provide information which is incomplete, false, inaccurate and not your own; engage in criminal activity or otherwise give rise to conduct that may violate the law or fail to comply with accepted internet protocol; attempt to interfere in any way with the Site or the Site’s security or to sue the Site’s service to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system.
